How long until I see results?
Most people notice a visible glow within 3 weeks of daily use. Firmer skin, reduced fine lines, and improved tone compound over 8–12 weeks.
Is the device safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our LED wavelengths are non-thermal and non-inflammatory. We recommend patch-testing for 24 hours before daily use, and starting with five-minute sessions.
Can I use it with my serums and moisturizers?
Yes — apply your serum after your LED session, not before. The light works best on clean, dry skin.
How long does the battery last?
About 30 sessions per charge for the wands. The hair cap runs about 10 sessions per charge. USB-C charging.

We ship free from our Chicago warehouse to all 50 US states. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. International shipping coming soon.
What's the return policy?
30-day returns on all devices, no questions asked. Returns are handled through Onward — start your return at app.useonward.com/returns/new.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 90-day warranty on every device covering manufacturing defects.
